Croft Lodge (Cambridge) Residents' Society Limited

This website provides advice and information about Croft Lodge, for both owners and tenants.  Many communal functions, such as window-cleaning, are organized by our property management agents, St Andrews Bureau (SAB), but we have no caretaker, so the preservation of a safe and pleasant environment depends on the co-operation of everyone who lives here.
All occupiers, whether owners or tenants, are obliged to abide by the Regulations of The Tenth Schedule of the original lease on which our list of requirements and recommendations is based
